Legacy Communities works directly with the builder or developer creating a working partnership for comprehensive marketing and on-site sales programs in the Metropolitan Atlanta area.
Our Sales and Marketing Division implement a specific marketing campaign that include community websites, internet advertising, signage, and a team of experienced new home sales associates that have an interest in representing our New Home Builders / Developers.
Our Builder Sales & Marketing Group includes the following services:

Legacy Communities is a Division of Legacy Real Estate Services, Inc, and founded by its Broker, Patrick L. Thornton in 2003. Patrick Thornton is a Certified Residential Specialist and New Home Specialist offering professional services to his customer and clients in Georgia and Tennessee.
Since 2005, Patrick has represented numerous custom builders in Cherokee, Forsyth, and Gwinnett Counties and is presently recruiting professional Sales Associates for his virtual offices in Georgia and Tennessee.
